All Canvas and Paper Prints are dispatched from Arts Edge Photo and Frame, located in Edgewater, WA 6027.
Small Paper Prints are carefully packaged flat in foam core, while all other prints are securely delivered rolled in a protective art box. Our shipping partners include Australia Post and Toll courier networks.
As we print to order, the printing and processing timeframe typically ranges from 2 to 14 working days. Shipping to major cities within Australia generally takes approximately 2 to 10 working days. For regional Australia and international destinations, delivery times may vary and generally take a bit longer.
While we strive to expedite orders, especially during busy periods, there might be instances where shipping could take longer than anticipated. If you have a specific deadline for receiving your print, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
For our international customers, we happily offer worldwide shipping, extending our reach to deliver our products globally. Local Pick Up:
For our local customers, we offer a convenient pick-up option from Arts Edge Photo and Frame in Edgewater WA 6027. If you prefer to collect your order in person, Use the code PICKUP at the checkout. during the checkout process.
Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a notification via email or phone. Our team will ensure that your order is prepared and ready for a smooth and efficient pick-up experience.

International Orders:

Original Art Work:
Original artworks cannot be shipped through standard postal services due to their size and nature. Upon completing your purchase, we will contact you to organize a custom freight quotation. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us at sales@hannaedwardsart.com before making your purchase, and we will gladly provide a quote.
