"Stop Living Small" was created through having experienced trauma in my early childhood. I have been focusing upon learning more about myself, likes, dislikes, and opening my heart. From this place I can see all of the habits and behaviours I have created in my life so far and change them accordingly. I recognise through painting and self inquiry that I have been keeping myself small and hidden for many years.
The themes that inspire me whilst creating these art pieces is always the same freedom, self expression and play are at the forefront of my mind whilst creating my artwork.
